  69. I don't know.  I'm kind of used to working for myself.  I
  70. don't know about going to work for . . . especially anything
  71. attached to the Government again, [look with] distrust . . .

  75. and what could you do for humanity?  He said we could talk about
  76. that, but the main concern right now is how he can support
  77. himself, and I didn't realize you were having difficulty as far
  78. as that.

  81. Oh no, not really difficulty, but it's something always
  82. to look for.

  88. Oh, they really can't.  There's several things I did
  89. before I began to get into the program up there.  I used
  90. to race my jet car.  I'll probably start that up again
  91. this season and expand my scientific business, United Nuclear.
  92. I'll probably increase that into a sales field and things

  97. case there was someone out there that could use your
  98. services.  What service do you offer, if someone out

  109. Was the craft you worked on one that WE made or was it
  110. one that was brought here by the aliens from another

  128. that.  I'd LIKE to know a lot about that.  You assume
  129. that they mass-produce the craft, so there must be
  130. some sort of factory somewhere.  That means there must
  131. be workers in the factory.  Do they have a social life?
  132. I mean, the questions are endless.  I'd like to know
  133. myself.

  139. That's another good question.  You got me.  I really
  140. don't know.

  146. I don't know.  I guess you'll find out really quick if
  147. they're benevolent or not.  But as far as what to
  148. do, who knows?

  152. this person that looks really far-out, do you think
  153. they're just going to wait for them to come to the
  154. door or do you think they're going to shoot and ask

  161. That's the problem.  Wouldn't that cause all kinds
  162. of consternation amongst these people if they find
  163. out one of their people were --

  167. reports, about medical examinations; I mean they go
  168. through a lot of trauma and stuff like that.  When it
  169. came right down to it, if I was confronted by a bunch
  170. of them -- my car stopped or something to that effect,
  171. a craft obviously in sight -- yeah, I'd take on
  172. a hostile attitude really quickly.

  244. dark blue -- diagonal stripes through it.  On the top
  245. it says MAJ-12.  The clearance level is called
  246. MAJESTIC; I don't know if that was, like I said before
  247. I don't know if that means anything as far as the
  248. MAJESTIC-12 documents go, or if they just called that
  249. clearance that as a nostalgia type of thing.  My picture
  250. was on it -- what else was on it . . .

  256. The only place I ever saw MAJESTIC was on Dennis's
  257. [Mariano] badge, who was my supervisor, and his badge
  258. looks slightly different.  I don't know if it was an
  259. older kind or what.

  262. You mentioned you were doing back-engineering, but
  263. specifically, what was the breakdown of your duties,
  264. for example, for one day, with respect to, say, what
  265. your co-workers were doing?  What was the breakdown,
  266. the division of tasks?

  269. I have no knowledge of what the other people were doing.

  283. getting me up to date on everything, so we never split

  297. and weight calculations, which are pretty basic, and of
  298. course it was too heavy for its physical size.  It was
  299. an X-Ray spectrograph.  I don't remember what other
  300. tests we did to it.

  303. How did you know what the times of testing would be to
  304. go up to the sites to view the object.  And do you know
  305. where it's being tested now?

  308. Dennis told me the testing times.  And of course those
  309. were the times that I relayed to other people, and we
  310. went out there.  What was the other question?

  316. Oh, I have no idea. In fact, if I was them, the last
  317. place I would test them would be S-4.

  325. designation.

  332. Oh no, not at all.  That's an acronym for aluminum,
  333. nickel, iron, and cobalt, none of them being anywhere
  334. near it whatsoever.

  337. Are there portholes on that craft?

  340. At the very top, there is portholes; they are square,
  341. though.

  347. I don't know.  I just saw from the outside.  When I was
  348. inside, I never -- I don't think I really even bothered
  349. to look up there; I don't recall.

  353. radiation?

  356. No, not at all.  I was never down on the bottom WHILE
  357. the gravity generators were running, but the reactor
  358. itself -- there's no thermal radiation whatsoever.  That
  359. was one of the really shocking things because that
  360. violates the first law of thermodynamics.

  363. The atomic weight of the 115 material:  Is that heavier?
  364. We know the 115 atomic weight would be different from the
  365. gravitational weight.  Is the gravitational weight of
  366. that material very heavy?

  372. How does that stuff break off?  Do you saw it or does it
  373. grind up.  How do you get to test grams or whatever it is?

  407. be UUP.  In fact. I have a friend that gave it kind of a cute
  408. name; he calls it "unobtainium."

  425. No, nothing like that.  Because of the tremendous power
  426. involved, too, there was no direct connection between
  427. the gravity amplifiers and the reactor itself.

  463. a propulsion unit the wrong idea?  I feel this device
  464. is creating a situation where it is diminishing or removing
  465. the localized gravitational field, and long-distance body
  466. that they're heading toward is actually PULLING the vehicle
  467. rather than it being pushed.  Am I correct in this?

  470. The vehicle is not being pushed.  But being pulled implies
  471. it's being pulled by something externally:  it's pulling
  472. something else to IT.  IT's creating the gravitational
  473. field.

  477. have been looking for?

  480. Well, they've been looking for the monopole magnet.
  481. But then this [the UFO force] is a gravitational force.

  616. area that's been plutonium contaminated; they check
  617. equipment for plutonium contamination; so on and so

  624. Plutonium does produce radiation.

  655. and then as a physicist in the Polarized Proton Section,
  656. dealing with the accelerator there.

  658. I was hired at S-4 as a senior staff physicist to work on
  659. gravitational propulsion systems and whatnot associated with
  660. those crafts.

  666. I'd rather not say, the reason being I am currently
  667. working with them under contract, and I'm having enough trouble
  668. with this as it is.

  768. in your car.

  771. Yeah, I had a 1978 TransAm I converted to run on hydrogen.

  774. We were talking about this one night as a new fuel for
  775. transportation.  Is that more dangerous than gasoline?

  778. It depends how it's stored.  There's ways you can do it.

  780. You can store it as a gas, compressed in a cylinder where,
  781. yeah, it's dangerous and explosive.
  782.  
  783. You can store it as a liquid -- cryogenic liquid --
  784. where it's also dangerous and explosive.
  785.  
  786. Or you can also store it in a hydride [sp], a chemical
  787. that absorbs hydrogen like a sponge absorbs water.  When
  788. it's in that storage state, it's really not flammable.
  789. You heat the chemical using the radiator water, or electrically,
  790. or the exhaust gas to produce the hydrogen, and there's only
  791. a small amount at a time ever produced.  And in that instance
  792. it's a lot safer than gasoline, and that's the method I use.

  795. In other words, we could put these in automobiles?

  973. to compare distance and time.  And when you're screwing
  974. around with time and distorting it, you can no longer judge
  975. a velocity.  They're not traveling in a linear mode where they
  976. just fly and cover a certain distance in a certain time.
  977. That's the real definition of speed.  They're bending and
  978. distorting space and then essentially snapping it back with
  979. the craft, so the distances they can travel are phenomenal --
  980. in little or no time.  So speed has little bearing.

  983. Is the laser part of their technology or their flying speed?

  986. No, I haven't seen anything along that line.

  989. Is Rockwell involved with that?

  996. generator.  Are they different?

  999. It's not a gravity generator; it's a gravity amplifier.  I
  1000. get tongue-twisted all too often.

  1002. The anti-matter reactor provides the power for the craft and
  1003. the basic low-amplitude gravitational wave, which is too low
  1004. of an amplitude to do anything.  It's piped into the gravity
  1005. amplifiers, which are found at the bottom of the craft.
  1006. There it's amplified into an extremely powerful wave, and
  1007. that's what the craft is flown on.  But there is an anti-matter
  1008. reactor:  that's what provides the power.

  1030. I imagine, if any of that is in fact true, it would be found in
  1031. the midst of S-4 or 51 down there.  But how to contact those guys
  1032. and actually get them to talk is a feat not yet attained.

  1036. at the knees?

  1073. it from a power point of view, as producing on a large scale
  1074. plasma-generated energy in a power-plant situation, or producing
  1075. something that would retrofit -- like a coal-fired plant that
  1076. has a lot of waste heat and high-energy plasma.

  1141. of the way that they distort time and space.  So that they're
  1142. traveling vast distances without the incrementation of time.
  1143. The time would be very, very little.  Days is probably --
  1144. I'm way off saying that, too.  But I hate to say something
  1145. and be really far off.

  1148. Could these aliens be robots and not actually be native beings
  1149. from that galaxy?

  1152. I imagine it's possible.  Who knows what actually flew the

  1155. flew them.  Who knows?

  1241. consumption of the element is very low; I imagine it is
  1242. possible with enough [junk] made to travel to another galaxy.

  1258. the gravitational fields the beam passes through, the
  1259. photons pass through, and so on and so forth, so there's
  1260. no real limit at true dead space.
